    Question: How often do the filters have to be replaced?

    Answer:

    The Soothing Comfort Warm Mist Humidifier (HWM845) is filter-free and does not require a filter.

    The Allergen Plus HEPA Compact Tower (HPA060) 
    Pre-Filter (B+) is recommended to be replaced every 3 months while the HEPA filter (H) is recommended to be replaced every 12 months. 

    Question: What do I do if my humidifier has power, but I don't see any mist?

    Answer:

    The following cases could cause little or no mist:

    • No water in the tank
    • Unit is not level
    • Mineral deposits on nebulizer; needs to be cleaned
    • Power setting may be too low
