Question: Can I wash any of the filters in my Air Purifier?

Answer:

No, none of the filters in this unit are washable.  Washing the filters will ruin them.

Question: How often do the filters have to be replaced?

Answer:

The Pre-Filter is recommended to be replaced every 3 months while the HEPA filter is recommended to be replaced every 12 months.

Question: What are VOCs?

Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) are emitted from various solids and liquids such as paints, cleaning supplies, building materials, and permanent markers. Some of these compounds can have higher concentrations indoors than outside.
